Ingredients
- 2 Grapefruits
- 60 g Parmesan
- 1 EL honey
- chili flakes
- Sea salt
- Basil
Instructions

Peel the grapefruits, cut them in half and slice into rounds. Arrange on a large plate or platter.

Grate the parmesan and sprinkle over the grapefruit slices. Drizzle the salad with honey and season with chili flakes and sea salt. Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
