Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 baby corn (canned)
- 120 g firm Brie cheese
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil

Wash, trim, halve, seed, and remove the white membranes of the peppers; cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the tomatoes and pat dry. Drain the corn and halve. Wash the basil, shake dry, and pluck leaves from stems. Dice the Brie cheese.

Thread the vegetables with corn and basil leaves onto skewers, placing a cube of Brie at each end. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and chopped basil; brush over the skewers. Arrange on glasses if desired and serve.
