Grapefruit and Smoked Salmon Salad

A fresh salad featuring grapefruit segments and smoked salmon, served with a honey‑sesame dressing and garnished with coriander. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 4 Grapefruits (white and red)
  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • coriander (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the grapefruits thoroughly and cut out the segments, reserving the juice. Squeeze the remaining pulp to extract more juice. Mix the juice with honey and sesame oil.

    Slice the salmon into strips and arrange them with grapefruit segments in four small bowls. Garnish with coriander and serve dressing separately if desired.
