Colorful Berry Punch

A vibrant berry punch from Spoonsparrow is the perfect refreshment on hot summer days and is a hit at every party.
Ingredients
- 40 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 1 small lime
- 100 g small strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g red currants
- 1 l sparkling mineral water (ice cold)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Peel the ginger, cut it into pieces and press it through a garlic press into a punch bowl or jug.

Halve the lime, squeeze out the juice and add it to the same container.

Wash the strawberries gently, pat them dry, remove stems and, if large, halve them.

Rinse the blueberries and let them drain well.

Wash the currants too, strain them in a sieve, then use your fingers or a fork to strip the berries from their stems.

Add all the berries to the ginger‑lime juice and let steep for about 25 minutes. Then top up with sparkling mineral water, add ice cubes and serve.
