The Grape‑Oat Porridge from Spoonsparrow supports healthy child growth.

Ingredients

  • 20 g millet flakes (2 Tbsp)
  • 100 g white grapes
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Stir millet flakes with 125 ml water in a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring constantly, then remove from heat.

    Wash grapes under running warm water and drain well in a sieve. Halve them and pit if necessary.

    Add oil and grapes to the flakes and puree with an immersion blender, either finely or coarsely depending on the child's age.
