Apple Thick Milk Drink

Apple thick milk drink: low‑fat thick milk scores with low calorie content and high protein. Apple juice adds fruit and grape sugars.
Ingredients
- 30 g macadamia nuts (about 2 Tbsp)
- 200 ml thick milk (1.5 %)
- 200 ml cloudy apple juice
- 2 Tbsp grenadine
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Add the nuts with 50 ml of thick milk to a tall vessel and blend with an immersion blender.

Add the remaining thick milk, apple juice and ice cubes and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses and add 1 Tbsp syrup to each.
