- 20 pickled grape leaves (delicatessen)
- 5 small red chili peppers
- 100 g goat cheese
- 100 g Feta
- 50 g cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- herbs for garnish (e.g., oregano, basil)
Instructions

Rinse the grape leaves and lay them out on a kitchen towel. Wash one chili pepper, halve it, seed it, and finely chop it. Cut the cheeses into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese, chopped chili, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Place one tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each grape leaf, fold in the opposite sides, and roll up the leaf. Arrange the filled rolls on serving dishes, garnish with herb leaves and a chili pepper, and serve with freshly toasted white bread.
