The grape jelly from Spoonsparrow is a delicious classic that always hits the mark.
Ingredients
- 800 g white grapes
- 400 ml white grape juice
- 1 handful of nasturtium flower leaves
- 500 g gelatin sugar (3:1)

Clean jars and lids thoroughly, then sterilize them in a pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes and let them drain on a clean cloth.

Mix the grapes with the grape juice, put into a pot and bring to a boil. Then strain through a sieve and measure approximately 1100 ml. Wash the nasturtium leaves, shake dry, add them and finely puree.

Put everything in a large cooking pot, mix with the gelatin sugar and then bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-6 minutes at medium heat while bubbling. Do a gel test. Immediately pour the grape jelly into the jars and seal.
