Ingredients
- 100 ml milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices white bread
- 500 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries…)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Whisk the milk and eggs. Heat the butter in a pan. Dip the white bread into the milk‑egg mixture and fry both sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Wash and dry the berries, then simmer them with 50 ml water, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a pot for a short time. Plate the toast and spoon the berry sauce over it before serving.
