Ingredients
- 400 g farfalle
- Salz
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 3 spring onions
- 350 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 4 EL white wine vinegar
- 2 EL fresh mayonnaise
- 1 TL ketchup
- 1 Msp paprika powder
- white pepper
- 250 g pre-cooked shrimp (cooked in lake)

Cook the Farfalle in plenty of salted water until al dente, then rinse and drain. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and dice finely. Mix immediately with lemon juice. Trim the spring onions, wash them and cut into thin diagonal rings. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, ketchup, and paprika powder; season with salt and pepper. Drain the shrimp and combine with avocado, lemon juice, spring onions, and tomatoes. Fold in the noodles and adjust seasoning. Divide into four bowls and serve as desired with patties.
