Golden Sea Bream with Garlic, Herbs and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bream fish
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • Sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat the sea bream dry.

  2. 2.

    Peel the garlic and slice into thin rounds.

  3. 3.

    Slice the lemon into rounds as well.

  4. 4.

    Lightly coat a heat‑proof dish with olive oil. Salt and pepper the fish inside, then stuff with basil leaves. Season the outside, place in the dish. Top with garlic slices, lemon rounds and rosemary sprigs, drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
