Ingredients

  • 250 g goat cheese
  • 16 leaves wild garlic
  • 1 handful violet flower
  • 1 handful dandelion flower

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Crush the goat cheese with a fork.

  2. 2.

    Meanwhile wash the wild garlic and shake dry.

  3. 3.

    If necessary rinse flowers gently. Set aside some flowers for decoration; pluck petals from remaining ones and place in small paper molds. Fill with goat cheese, press firmly and chill for about 15 minutes.

    Arrange four leaves of wild garlic on a plate and place the goat cheese upside down on top, carefully remove the paper molds. Garnish with fresh violets and dandelions.
