- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices ciabatta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g goat cream cheese
- 1 handful basil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- pepper (from grinder)

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Wash and halve the tomatoes.

Place the bread slices on a baking rack and roast under the grill until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oven and brush the cut surfaces of the halved garlic cloves with olive oil. Spread goat cream cheese over the bread, top with tomatoes and basil leaves, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and season with pepper before serving.
