Ingredients

  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 small round goat cream cheeses (≈70 g each)
  • 4 tsp liquid honey
  • 4 pieces aluminum foil

Instructions

    Place a slice of pineapple on a piece of aluminum foil, top with a goat cheese slice and drizzle 1 tsp honey over it. Shape the foil slightly upward and place on a baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C or under a hot grill for several minutes until the cheese starts to brown.

    Arrange the cheese on a plate and serve immediately.
