Ingredients

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 2 oranges
  • 40 ml Grand Marnier
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel each citrus fruit thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing all white membranes. Then cut along the segments to create beautiful fillets. Catch the juice that drips out and squeeze any remaining pulp.

    Whisk the citrus juice with Grand Marnier and honey in a bowl, add the fruit fillets, gently fold together and let rest for about 1 hour.

    Serve by arranging in small bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with mint.
