Goat Cheese with Olives and Peperoni

Ingredients
- 500 g goat cheese (roll)
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g olives
- 4 pickled peperoni (jar)
- 2 shallots
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

Slice the goat cheese into 4 slices. Peel and press the garlic, mix with 4 tbsp olive oil.

Cut the aluminum foil into four pieces (30 x 30 cm), brush the shiny side with some garlic‑oil. Place one cheese slice on each piece of foil. Pat the olives and peperoni dry with paper towels and arrange around the cheese. Drizzle with the remaining garlic‑oil. Seal the foil tightly and press firmly all around.

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Wash, quarter, core, and dice the tomatoes.

Combine the shallots, tomatoes, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

Place the packets on a hot grill over medium heat and grill each side for 3‑4 minutes. Serve by opening the foil on plates and topping with the tomato salad.
