Ingredients
- 1 frisée salad
- 250 g goat cream cheese (roll)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 half thin baguette (8 slices)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Separate the frisée into leaves, wash, clean, trim, pat dry and tear into small pieces as needed.

Slice the baguette and toast in a hot oven at 200°C until lightly browned. Remove, rub with peeled garlic clove, drizzle with olive oil. Slice goat cheese into 8 slices and place on baguette slices. Broil in the oven for about 7 minutes.

Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and oil together, taste, and mix with the salad.

Arrange frisée on a plate, top with goat cheese, sprinkle chives and serve.
