Ingredients

  • 600 g fresh handmade gnocchi
  • salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 40 g Walnuts
  • 60 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 80 g grated parmesan

Instructions

    Cook the gnocchi according to instructions in salted water.

  2. 2.

    Coarsely chop walnuts. Melt butter and briefly toast the walnuts in it. Stir in basil and season with pepper.

    Drain the gnocchi and toss them with the walnut butter. Serve topped with freshly grated parmesan.
