Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 yufka dough sheets
  • 1 Egg white
  • 500 ml oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the parsley and dill, then finely chop them. Crumble the feta and mix with the herbs, black pepper, and paprika.

    Separate the dough sheets and cut each into quarters with a sharp knife. Divide each quarter into three equal triangles, spread the filling on top, press the sides slightly together, brush the edges with egg white, and roll from the wide side.

    Heat oil in a large pot and fry the rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
