  • 80 g Butter
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 300 g ricotta
  • Salt
  • red pepper (ground)

    Clean, wash, and slice the celery into thin strips. Clean, wash, trim ends of the spring onions and cut into thin rings; sauté both in butter. Blend Gorgonzola, milk, and ricotta, stir into the vegetables, and heat while stirring. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, plate, serve with sauce, and sprinkle with red pepper.
