Pasta with Mushroom and Ground Meat Sauce

- 400 g rigatoni
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g frozen peas
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g mixed ground meat
- 100 g small chanterelles
- 30 g black olives (pitted)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- parmesan (freshly grated)

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Boil the tomatoes, peel, quarter, seed, and dice them. Thaw the peas. Clean the mushrooms and halve them lengthwise. Halve or quarter the olives. Brown the ground meat in a pan with hot oil. Add the onion and garlic, cook together. Add the mushrooms and cook, then add the tomato cubes, peas, and parsley, pour in broth, and let everything simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the olives. Keep the sauce warm.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and let it sit for a moment. Immediately mix with the ground meat-mushroom sauce and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
