Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g flour (gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • butter (for the waffle iron)

Instructions

    Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the eggs and whisk everything to a frothy mixture. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and nuts, then fold them evenly into the froth.
