Ingredients

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (150 g each)
  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp crème de cassis
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100 g Mascarpone

Instructions

    Let the puff pastry thaw.

    Rinse the blueberries and blackberries. Mix with crème de cassis and powdered sugar, then let sit to absorb flavors.

    Roll each sheet of pastry slightly lengthwise. Cut each sheet into 3 squares. Place each square over the bottom of a small heat‑proof glass cup (turned upside down) and press lightly. Arrange the cups open side down on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15–20 minutes. Carefully remove the baskets and cool on a wire rack.

    Slice the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla seeds. Just before serving, fill the pastry baskets with berries and top with a dollop of vanilla‑mascarpone.
