Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes (small)
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

    Cook the potatoes in plenty of water for 10-15 minutes until tender, cool and peel. Heat the sugar with the white wine and thyme in a large pan, bring to a boil, then reduce slightly while stirring. Add the butter and stir until a liquid caramel forms.

    Immediately add the potatoes to the pan and toss them in the glaze until they turn golden brown, then sprinkle with fresh parsley, mix, arrange on a plate and serve.
