Ingredients
- 100 g quark
- 150 g mascarpone
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 125 ml cold espresso
- 40 ml almond liqueur
- 8 spoon biscuits
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Whisk the quark with mascarpone and powdered sugar. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the mixture. Stir in half of 4-5 tablespoons of espresso. Mix the remaining espresso with the liqueur.

Break the spoon biscuits into pieces and layer them in four glasses. Soak with the remaining espresso mixture and top with the espresso cream. Finish with a layer of white cream and chill for at least two hours. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
