Ingredients
- 400 g glass noodles
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 100 g sprouts
- soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper

Soak the glass noodles according to package instructions and drain. Wash, halve, trim, and slice the bell peppers into strips.

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove; combine with ginger and pepper strips in hot oil in a wok for 1-2 minutes. Add sprouts and noodles, stir briefly, season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Plate and serve.
