Ingredients
- 1 tbsp candied ginger
- 175 g yogurt butter
- 175 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 70 g ground almonds
- 3 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Finely chop the candied ginger. Beat the butter with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Sift in the flour, baking powder, ground almonds, ground ginger, and chopped candied ginger. Mix until just combined. Fill a piping bag fitted with a smooth medium tip and pipe 3 cm dots onto parchment‑lined tray.

Bake the ginger cookies in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas mark 3) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden.

Cool on a wire rack before serving.
