Ingredients

  • 30 g freshly crushed spelt
  • 30 g freshly crushed millet
  • 20 g freshly ground poppy seeds
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 Banana
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cook the grains and poppy seeds in a pot with the water for about 1 minute over low heat. Then remove from heat and let cool.

    For serving, peel the banana, blend it with the milk, and stir into the porridge. Spoon the porridge into bowls. Using a sharp knife, peel the grapefruit and orange like an apple and cut along the membranes to create clean fruit fillets. Arrange the fruit fillets on top of the porridge, garnish with lemon balm, and serve immediately.
