Ingredients
- 400 g tart apples
- 50 g fresh ginger
- 1 red chili pepper
- 100 g rice syrup
- 220 ml apple vinegar
- 80 ml apple juice
Instructions

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and dice the flesh. Peel the ginger and slice thinly or finely chop it. Wash the chili pepper, cut into rings and remove the white membranes and seeds.

Bring the rice syrup with the vinegar and apple juice to a boil, add the ginger, chili and apples, and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Pour hot into sterilized jars, place on the lids for 10 minutes, flip over and let cool.
