Ingredients

  • 1000 g fresh cranberries
  • 150 g honey
  • 1.5 tsp Agar-agar

Instructions

    Wash and drain the cranberries. Bring them to a boil with honey and a splash of water over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

    Stir in the agar-agar, mix well, and bring back to a boil. Fill prepared jars to the rim and seal tightly. Place upside down for 10 minutes, then turn right side up and let cool.
