Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 4 fresh cloves of garlic
- 0.5 untreated orange (juice and zest)
- 1 very fresh egg yolk
- 150 ml mild olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)

Trim the ends off the baguette and cube it. Combine the cubes with peeled garlic cloves, orange juice, zest, and egg yolk in a tall mixing bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, gradually adding oil until a creamy mayonnaise forms.

Season with salt and pepper. Slice the remaining baguette into rounds and serve with the orange aioli for dipping.
