Radish Guacamole
The radish guacamole from Spoonsparrow is a great variation of the classic.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes (with nice leaves)
- 1 small red onion
- 300 g ripe large avocado (1 ripe large avocado)
- 2 small limes
- 100 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 g cilantro (0.5 bunch)
- Salt
- 1 tsp cilantro
- a pinch chili flakes
Instructions

Clean and wash radishes, cut three‑quarters into small pieces; slice the remaining radishes thinly. Wash a handful of radish leaves, dry them, and finely chop.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, drizzle with 2–3 tbsp lime juice, and mash with a fork. Mix in yogurt.

Peel, finely chop garlic, and add to the avocado mixture. Wash cilantro, dry it, pick off three‑quarters of the leaves, and finely chop. Combine with radish pieces, onion dice, and chopped leaves; stir everything together.

Season guacamole with remaining lime juice, salt, cilantro, and chili flakes. Sprinkle with sliced radishes and the remaining cilantro leaves.
