Ingredients

  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 2 EL crème fraîche
  • 2 EL cream cheese
  • 1 EL horseradish (jarred)
  • 1 TL lemon juice
  • 2 bagels
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • dill (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the salmon. Mix with cream cheese, crème fraîche and horseradish, then blend with a stick blender. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Halve the bagels and spread the salmon cream on each half. Replace the top and sprinkle with dill before serving.
