Ingredients

  • 125 g salad mayonnaise
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • a few drops lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 large bunch dill
  • pickled peppers for garnish

Instructions

    Whisk salad mayonnaise with yogurt and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and sugar.

    Peel the shallots and garlic. Dice the shallots finely, add to the cream, then squeeze in the garlic. Rinse the dill, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix everything together and taste again. Serve garnished with pickled peppers.
