Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh sweet cherries
  • 350 g yogurt
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Wash, drain, and pit the cherries. Roughly 200 g of them are finely pureed and mixed with the yogurt, cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 30-40 minutes until creamy frozen.

    During the last 10 minutes, add the remaining cherries to the mix.

    Scoop out balls when ready and serve in small cups if desired.
