Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • 0.5 small lemon
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 tbsp low-fat quark
  • 1 piece fresh horseradish (about 2 cm long)
  • 1 rye roll (flat; e.g., Finnbrötchen or Vinschgauer)
  • 1 Spring onion

Instructions

    Wash the apple, dry it, core with a seed remover and slice thinly. Squeeze half a lemon.

    Heat a grill pan and drizzle with oil. Fry the apple slices on both sides until golden brown. Lightly salt, pepper, and let cool.

    Place quark in a bowl. Peel the horseradish, grate finely, mix with lemon juice, and stir into the quark. Season with salt and pepper.

    Slice the roll horizontally and toast briefly. Trim the spring onion and cut into thin rings.
