Fruity Leaf Salads with Gorgonzola

Fragrant leafy salads featuring creamy Gorgonzola and fresh stone fruit – a delightful dish from the Spoonsparrow collection!

Ingredients

  • 100 g cream Gorgonzola
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 peaches
  • 40 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 tbsp chives curls

Instructions

    Blend the Gorgonzola, yogurt, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth; fold in the chives curls.

    Separate the salad leaves, rinse, pat dry, and cut into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the peaches, halve them, remove pits, and slice thinly. Rinse the sprouts and drain well.

    Arrange the salad components in small bowls and drizzle with the dressing before serving.
