Stir-Fried Celery and Bell Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 750 g celery stalks
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Dayong spice blend (Chinese seasoning mix)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Wash, trim, halve, seed, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Peel, halve, and finely slice the onion. Wash and drain the celery stalks; cut thick sections lengthwise and divide all stalks into long pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse, dry, and chop the cilantro.

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sesame seeds, sauté briefly, then add celery pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes with vigorous stirring. Add bell pepper strips and onion, continue cooking while stirring for another 2 minutes. Season with sugar, soy sauce, and Dayong spice; add an extra 2 tbsp water, then fold in cilantro at the end.
