Ingredients
- 150 g Gooseberries
- 150 g blueberries
- 2 wedges of Brie (about 150 g each)
- 100 g almond slivers
- 1 tsp sugar-cinnamon mix
- 20 ml grenadine

Preheat oven to 180°C with fan and top heat.

Wash, dry and pat the berries. Place the brie in a baking dish and sprinkle with berries and almonds. Bake for about 10 minutes until warm.

Before serving dust with cinnamon-sugar and drizzle with grenadine.
