Fruit with Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 250 g canned Clementines
  • 4 kiwis
  • 4 mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Whip the cream until stiff, stir the quark with honey until smooth and fold in the whipped cream. Drain the clementines well and reserve 4 tbsp of juice. Peel the kiwis, cut into wide sticks and mix with the clementine juice.

    Chop 2/3 of the clementines and fold them into the quark cream. Layer the cream alternately with the kiwi sticks in glasses, garnish with clementines and mint leaves, and serve.
