Orange Fruit Salad

A great start to the day or a wonderfully fruity fresh dessert: try the Italian orange fruit salad from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 0.5 pomegranate
- 150 g blueberries
- 200 g wild strawberries (or regular strawberries)
- 1 handful mint
- 1 tbsp agave syrup

Cut the oranges crosswise in half. Separate the segments from the membranes. Juice the oranges and catch the juice. Cut the peels from the oranges.

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash, rinse and pat dry the berries if needed. Rinse the mint and pluck the leaves. Mix the orange pieces, pomegranate seeds, berries, mint and orange juice in a bowl. Drizzle with agave syrup and serve the orange fruit salad in the orange halves.
