Ingredients
- vegetable oil (for the baking dish)
- 4 peaches
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 orange
- 20 ml lemon liqueur
- 50 g orange jam

Preheat oven to 200°C with fan and grill.

Wash, halve, pit peaches and cut into wedges. Wash lemons hot, dry, grate zest, and slice thinly. Alternate layers of peaches and lemons in the dish. Squeeze orange juice and mix with liqueur and jam. Brush fruit with mixture and bake for about 15 minutes.
