Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 2 Apples
- 50 g Blueberries
- 100 g honeydew melon (seeded and peeled)
- 20 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 tbsp honey
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornflakes
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the pears and apples, quarter them, remove the core, and dice.

Wash and rinse the blueberries.

Dice the honeydew melon as well.

Combine all with Grand Marnier, honey, and lemon juice; let sit for 1 hour. Then fill glasses. Mix yogurt with raspberry jam and pour over the fruit salad. Sprinkle with cornflakes and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
