Ingredients

  • 2 pears
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 200 g grapes
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 0.25 tsp ground bourbon vanilla (from the health food store)

Instructions

    Wash pears, cut into quarters, remove cores and split each quarter into strips.

    Peel kiwis and dice them. Wash grapes, pluck off stems, halve them and remove seeds.

    Use a sharp knife to peel one orange, removing the white pith as well. Cut the fruit along the segments and dice it. Juice the remaining orange.

    Peel the banana and slice it. Mix all chopped fruits together.

    Whisk orange juice, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey; combine with the fruits and arrange the fruit salad on a plate.

    Stir yogurt with the remaining honey and vanilla, then drizzle the sauce over the fruit salad.
