Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe mango (1 ripe mango)
  • 700 g small honeydew melon (1 small honeydew melon)
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips from the pit.

    Halve the melon, seed it, and use a melon baller to form fruit balls. Place mango strips and melon balls in a bowl. Mix rum and honey together. Wash the mint, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves. Add the honey‑rum mixture and mint to the fruits, gently fold in, and let rest for a moment. For serving, arrange the melon‑mango salad on small bowls or plates and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
