- 2 Kiwis
- physalis
- 8 lychees
- 1 ripe Mango
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- Olive oil (extra virgin)
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 limes (juiced)

Slice the pitahayas at the flower bud and peel them skin-side down. Cut the flesh lengthwise into long strips. Peel and halve the kiwis. Peel, halve, and deseed the lychees. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the seed, then cut into strips.

Peel, core, and slice the honeydew melon thinly. Arrange all fruits decoratively on a glass or dessert plate and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and a splash of lime juice. Season generously with pepper, decorate with physalis, and serve immediately.
