Fresh fruit salad featuring a creamy blueberry sauce—try this delightful dessert from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (300 g) frozen blueberries
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tart apples
  • juice of 0.5 lemons
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 Tbsp pistachio nuts

Instructions

    Let the blueberries thaw and blend into a smooth puree. Stir in yogurt, cream, and vanilla sugar.

    Wash apples, halve them, remove cores, then slice halves into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice.

    Peel oranges, removing the white pith. Separate orange segments from membranes.
