Ingredients

  • 200 g pineapple flesh
  • 1 apple (red-skinned)
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 EL orange juice
  • 2 EL vanilla sugar
  • 1 EL dried orange zest
  • 0.5 TL peppercorns
  • 1 apple (green-skinned)

Instructions

    Dice the pineapple into small cubes. Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and dice it similarly. Wash the strawberries, clean them and cut them into small pieces. Mix everything with the orange juice and vanilla sugar and let sit for about 5 minutes.

    Grind the dried orange zest with pepper in a mortar until fine.

    Wash the green-skinned apple, quarter it, core it and slice it into very thin strips. Arrange on plates and use a ring to shape the fruit salad. Add as little liquid as possible (drain through a sieve if necessary) into the ring and press lightly.

    Remove the ring and serve with the orange-pepper seasoning.
