Satisfying, fruity and full of healthy nutrients is the Fruit Smoothie from Spoonsparrow – try it yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 apple
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 150 ml soy drink
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • mint (orange zest and some kiwi; for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the kiwi and banana and roughly cube them. Wash, peel, core and cube the apple.

    Combine all with yogurt, soy drink, lemon juice and honey in a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. 3.

    Pour the drink into glasses and decorate each with 3 pieces of kiwi, orange zest and mint on a cocktail skewer. Serve immediately.
