- 80 g strawberries
- 80 g raspberries
- 80 g blueberries
- 50 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slices rye mixed bread
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Instructions

Wash all berries and pat dry. Trim the strawberries into quarters, then combine with the other berries in a bowl.

Whisk together the milk, honey, and eggs, then pour into a shallow baking dish. Arrange the bread slices on top. When one side has absorbed the mixture, flip them and allow the remaining egg‑milk to soak through.

Heat butter in a medium pan and fry the bread slices on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Plate the French toast with mixed berries and serve immediately with Greek yogurt.
